2. Place wet, clean right eye lens on the tip of the index finger.

4. Look directly at the lens and place the lens on the cornea. Release the lower lid first and, subsequently, the upper lid. Repeat the procedure for the other eye.

Lens removal:

1. Always wash your hands with soap and water before handling contact lenses.
2. Look up and pull the lower lid down with your middle finger.
3. Place your index finger on the lower edge of the lens and slide the lens down to the white of your eye.
4. Squeeze the lens between the index finger and thumb and gently remove it. Repeat the procedure for the other eye.
